RDP S5011N is a white, free-flowing, water-dispersible powder produced by spray-drying an aqueous vinyl acetate–ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion. Upon contact with water, it readily redisperse to form a stable emulsion. After water evaporation, it creates a flexible polymer film that significantly enhances the cohesion, adhesion, and flexibility of various substrates.
This powder is widely used as a functional additive in cement-based dry-mix mortars, including tile adhesives, wall putties, self-leveling compounds, plasters, and repair mortars, enhancing both performance and workability.
