Construction Chemicals

In the world of modern construction, the use of advanced construction chemicals has become indispensable for ensuring the longevity, durability, and aesthetic appeal of structures. These innovative solutions are designed to address a wide range of challenges faced during construction, from improving concrete strength to enhancing waterproofing capabilities. Of course, there are many types of building chemicals. Next, we will introduce several common concrete chemicals in our company.

These Kingsun concrete chemicals used in construction mainly include Sodium Gluconate, Sodium Lignosulfonate, Calcium Lignosulfonate, Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE), Naphthalene Based Superplasticizer (SNF) and other construction admixtures.

Types of Construction Chemicals in Kingsun

  1. Sodium gluconate 98% min as concrete retarder. When adding a certain amount of sodium gluconate to cement, it can make the concrete strong and random, and at the same time, it also delays the Initial and final setting time of concrete without affecting the strength of concrete.
  2. Sodium Lignosulfonate as Concrete Water Reducer. Adding it to concrete can reduce water consumption by more than 13%, improving the workability of concrete, and can greatly reduce the heat of hydration in the early stage of cement hydration.
  3. Calcium Lignosulfonate as Concrete Water Reducer. It can improve the workability of concrete and improve the quality of the project. And it is generally used in combination with superplasticizers.
  4. SNF as Concrete Superplasticizer. The water reduction rate of SNF can reach up to 15-25%. What’s more, when the strength and slump are basically the same, it can also reduce the amount of cement used by 10-25%. therefore, SNF is especially suitable for the preparation of high-strength concrete, steam-cured concrete, fluid concrete, impermeable concrete, waterproof concrete, plasticized concrete, steel bars and prestressed reinforced concrete.
  5. PCE as Concrete Superplasticizer. As a new generation of high-efficiency water reducing admixture, PCE has a high water reduction rate with a low dosage. Its water reduction rate can be as high as 45%. It is often used to prepare high-strength and high-performance concrete.

The above is the relevant introduction of these five commonly used construction chemicals. Kingsun construction chemicals have revolutionized the construction industry by offering tailored solutions to various challenges encountered during building projects. From enhancing concrete strength to providing effective waterproofing, corrosion protection, and more, these innovative products have become indispensable for achieving resilient and long-lasting structures. By embracing the benefits of construction chemicals, contractors, engineers, and architects can elevate their projects to new levels of quality and sustainability.
